This policy explains what Black Scar Studio collects when you buy from this store, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it.
What we collect
- Order details. Your name, email and billing address, so we can process the order, issue an invoice, and give you access to your downloads.
- Account details. If you create an account, your email and a password you choose, so you can log back in and re-download what you bought.
- Technical data. Standard server logs, kept for security and for diagnosing faults.
Payments
We never see or store your card details. Payments are processed directly by our payment provider. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the order total.
Why we keep it
To deliver what you bought, to keep your downloads and updates available to you, and to meet accounting and tax obligations we are legally required to meet.
Who we share it with
Nobody beyond the payment provider and the hosting that runs this store. We do not sell your data. We do not pass it to advertisers. We do not send you marketing you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting your account also ends your access to past downloads, so tell us if you would rather we anonymised the account and left the purchases intact.
